Cheaper bills and fantastic customer service - I wish I'd switched years ago!

I was introduced to the Utility Warehouse by a gentlemen called Spencer, as I was about to take over an existing retail shop. He was recommended to me as the person I needed to speak to if I wanted cheaper bills for my electricity, gas, mobiles, fixed line phone and broadband along with really good customer service. I gave him a call and within 24 hours he came out to discuss the savings I could make on my business utilities, and the procedure we needed to follow to ensure a smooth transition to these services when I took over the business a couple of weeks later.

One of the key issues was the ability to keep the same fixed line phone number the shop already had advertised, but this seemed to be a problem with the previous supplier. Thanks to the Utility Warehouse, they somehow managed to allow me to keep this number, even though the previous telephony company had disconnected it!

Then, to make things worse, the previous energy company started to hassle us for an unpaid bill, after objecting to the transfer. The bill belonged to the previous owners and they should not have prevented me from moving, but with the help of Spencer I managed to get this sorted very quickly.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Utility Warehouse, and in fact, as I am looking at opening another shop, I have already dropped Spencer an email and he has popped round and got things sorted before the ink was even dry!
