Do you remember when broadband was viewed as brand new technology? Back then I was excited to be receiving a broadband service at all, and started by paying the market rate for a single business user. Then competition led to prices falling.
Unfortunately for me, my broadband provider at the time (Pipex) kept charging me the original price, which had now become very expensive. To add insult to injury, their TV adverts featuring David Hasselhoff kept reminding me that I was paying twice as much as their new customers. I contacted them and they agreed to cut my charges to the same rate as their new customers, provided I sign-up for a new 12 month contract.
It was around this time that a business acquaintance recommended I speak to Pete Faulkner (an Authorised Distributor for the Utility Warehouse) if I wanted cheaper bills and better customer service than I'd been receiving. Pete was fantastic, he explained that the Utility Warehouse could help me save money on my business utilities, and I was also very impressed to hear that when the Utility Warehouse reduce their business tariffs, their existing customers receive the benefit too!
What a pity that I hadn't spoken to Pete earlier, as I was now locked into that new 12 month contract, or so I thought! Although Pipex said they would reduce my monthly rate, they didn't, meaning I wasn't tied-in after all, hooray! I immediately switched to the Utility Warehouse, and only wish I'd heard about them sooner.
Switching my broadband to the Utility Warehouse couldnt have been simpler, and as Pete had promised, when the Utility Warehouse reduced their broadband tariff, they automatically reduced my charge too! The Utility Warehouse rewards its loyal business customers!
