Utility Warehouse line rental required at £13.50 per month. Standard Broadband FREE for 6 months on our main (LLU) network for customers with Gold Status (normal price £7 per month). If you are on our extended (BT) network, the first 6 months is £10 with Gold Status (normal price £17).
Actual download and upload speeds will vary depending how far you are from the local exchange, network capacity and the number of customers on the network or any particular website at any one time.

Our complete tariff containing all call prices for all other call types and destinations is available on request. A call set-up fee of 6p applies to all chargeable calls. Calls to service numbers beginning 08, 09 & 118 (excluding 0800/0808) are subject to an access charge of 7.5p per min, this replaces our call set-up fee of 6p.
Our single analogue line rental costs just £13.50 per month. You'll find our prices for other line types, Select Services & Network Features are at least 10% cheaper than BT's standard charges - full details are available on request.
The more you call, the more you can save
With our Phone service you get more than low rates for your calls. Our generous volume discounts mean that the more you spend on calls each month, the more you can save.
To make sure you get the largest discount possible, we combine all your call charges billed on our Phone tariff. We then apply the discount to your bill each month automatically - so you immediately benefit from extra savings.
The volume discount you receive will depend on your total chargeable call spend.

Line Rental Care packages
We offer four levels of repair service for you to choose from in the unlikely event your line develops a fault:
Standard Care: We aim to respond to a report of a fault that we receive before 17:00 hrs on one working day by the end of the next working day. Repairs are carried out during working hours.
Prompt Care and Total Care: We aim to respond within four working hours of a fault being reported. If the fault is not cleared during this period, we will let you know what progress is being made.
Total Care Premium: We aim to complete a repair within six hours of a fault being reported. Please note that Line Rental Care Packages are not currently available on our Main (LLU) network or on Internet Phone Lines.

Our Standard Broadband is free for 6 months when you go Gold (£7 per month thereafter) with only £13.50 line rental. Or choose from two ultra-fast fibre options - Ultra Broadband at £8 for six months (£15 per month thereafter) and Ultra+ at £13 for six months (£20 per month thereafter), both with only £13.50 line rental. That’s great choice and amazing value!
There's only a 12 month minimum contract for our Phone and Broadband service, and no engineer needs to visit your premises to get you connected.
The Utility Warehouse uses the same engineers as BT to maintain your line, so you get reliable support in the case of any problems. And our UK based call centre answers most calls in under 15 seconds!
